The site will then automatically upload files for you and you can then pick out which pictures you want to add to Facebook or MySpace, edit them, comment on them, and make them viewable to all of your friends. A lot of users also enjoy uploading songs to their MySpace account because they want to have songs on their profile pages that they feel describe them.

Students today need to know how to upload files as well because a lot of classes and communication takes place online. College students are often asked to send their papers and assignment to their professors through e-mail and every time they do this they will need to understand how to upload files. Cutting and pasting an entire document into the body of an e-mail can often mess up the document and make it hard to read. Uploading assignments is much more practical and is expected of college students today when they are asked to turn assignments in online.

Whether it is for school, work, or social networks, you will need to understand how to upload files for all of these things.
