You can even do a rehearsal in your front yard. Arrange all the equipment, keep some walking space around the sport equipment and in between it, and then measure the total area covered.

Some unit owners provide indemnity for the stored goods. There are climate controlled facilities too. See if your equipment requires a controlled environment. No matter which sport you are into, you can safely stack your equipment in storing units without worrying about damage or theft, or hearing your harsh words from your mom or dad about the disarray in your room.
