With lack of sufficient space for storing goods, more and more people have begun to use storing facilities as a channel of secondary cargo space. These facilities are the most excellent solution for hoarding ones belongings. Moreover, this technique is cost-effective. Most students choose this alternative as it cuts down their cost of storing their items during vacation time.

This sudden add to in the demand has led to an incredible growth in the competition amongst lumber room owners. People in the cargo space industry are making extra effort to increase their self storage customers , and their business more cost-effective. For this they require to plan their business tactically.

How To Woo Self Storage Customers
• One of the best ways to entice a self storage customer is to proffer them elite services that will attract them to your self storing. You have to offer unparalleled service if you want to make a good profit.
• The warehouses should also introduce some added features to the units. Remember, self storage customers always look for a safe facility while hoarding valuable items. Hence, the customer base can be enhanced by improving the safety measures. Every self storage customer has different necessities. For that matter, it becomes very crucial for the provider to offer an atmosphere which is secure and well protected. Having hi-end security in the form of security guards, close circuit TVs, vigilance cameras, alarms, and other mechanisms to restrict access to the units to the client only, can make the warehouse indispensible. Biometrics technology can also be utilized by the providers in which the thumbprint of the client is utilized to gain access to the cargo space. These sophisticated security measures can help to attract the self storage customers .
• The storage owners can also offer weather controlled units to the customer, wherein, a steady temperature can be kept and the dampness level can be reduced for storing sensitive and perishable goods. This system can also assist in reducing the expansion of pest, mold and mildew. The warehouse owner can also furnish cellars for storing wine and offer dust free and dry surroundings to hoard instruments and electronic gadgets.
• A cargo space owner can also provide numerous value-added services for the self storage customer such as transportation service, and packing service. The owner can also furnish free insurance for items that are stocked in cargo space units. In fact, some storage facilities also provide mail-box service to their self storage customers for receiving their letters.

The aforementioned are some of the many methods of enhancing the self storage customer base. Keep in mind, being innovative and offering distinct services can attract customers to your storeroom. You should make new strategies as per the current situation of the market because a tactic that may be doing well for a particular storing company may not be profitable for another. Hence, it is up to you the cargo space owner to do a methodical research and offer services accordingly to attract the self storage customer .

Although there are plenty of storehouses across the country, every self storage customer will obviously be on the lookout for the highest quality yet most affordable storerooms. Today, there are cargo spaces available for all kinds of residential and business needs. Additionally, as competition continues to grow, many warehouses will offer discounts and certain free services. With a bit of research, it is quite easy to find the store houses which offer the maximum value for your money. After all, it is up to you, the self storage customer to decide on the best store place that will provide you exceptional services at reasonable rates.

Uses of Storerooms
Here are some reasons why you must consider becoming a self storage customer:

• While moving to a new location or renovating your home, shifting your possessions into a store house will keep everything out of the way and your home clutter free so that it will be easier for everyone to move around or work.

• If you possess valuable family heirlooms like antique furniture, you probably understand how hard it can be to accommodate such large items in your limited living space. At the same time, the furniture will be too valuable to be simply disposed off. In such situations, you can always become a self storage customer and shift these things into your unit.

• You can conveniently store your car, bike or boat before setting off on a vacation or shift abroad for higher studies.

Locating Affordable Warehouses
Today, it is quite easy to locate affordable store places in most major regions across the country. A self storage customer can start off by collecting details regarding the established store houses in the area. Once you have compiled a list of good facilities, you can request for quotes from each of them. Most warehouses offer free quotes. If you are wondering if it is actually necessary to get quotes, remember that quotes will help a self storage customer find the perfect cargo space that will suit his requirements plus his budget. That will help you get a better idea of how much you need to spend.

Do not be content with collecting quotes from just a couple of warehouses. The more store places you check out, the higher will be your chances of finding affordable spaces. It will also help you get first hand knowledge of the security and quality features available for self storage customer . While you are visiting various facilities for getting quotes, it would be a good idea to talk to the manager of client support executives at the store house. This will serve as a quick yet reliable means to evaluate how the particular facility will treat you as a self storage customer .

Now that almost every store house has a website, it is easier for the self storage customer to collect details and decide on his choice of storerooms. Comprehensive details about the warehouse like the rental rates, size of units offered, additional services and indemnity will be accessible with just a click. Alternatively, you can also seek the advice of another self storage customer who has been using cargo spaces for sometime and is well aware of the things you need to look out for.

A large number of people have begun to use self storage facilities as their medium of secondary storage. And so it has created a tremendous business prospect for the owners of self storage facilities. With the shortage of adequate space for storing items more and more individuals are opting for self storage units as the most ideal solution for storing their personal and business goods. Moreover, this method is cost-effective too. Most students prefer this option as it reduces their cost of storing their minimal goods during the summer months. But this boom has led to a tremendous increase in the competition among the self storage owners and the movers. The relocation and storage industry are trying to make their business more money-spinning and more cost-effective to stay ahead in the business. But for this they need to plan their business strategically.

The best way to woo consumers is to offer them exclusive facilities so that they get attracted to rent your self storage unit than other storage providers. You have to provide the customer with matchless services and thus earn your profit.

The storage business can be made profitable by introducing certain features to these storage units. The customer base can be increased by improving the security measures. Customer always looks for a secured storage facility while storing their valuable goods. Each self storage customer comes from a different background and each of them has different requirements. It becomes very essential for the storage provider to give them an environment which is safe and secure. Having security guards throughout the day may not be sufficient enough. The self storage providers should offer extra security measures such as close circuit TVs, alarms, and mechanisms to control access to the units to the customer . Biometrics is a new technology used by the storage providers in which the fingerprint of the customer is used to gain access to the unit. These advanced security technologies can surely attract the consumer.

The storage owners can provide climate controlled units to the customer in which a constant temperature can be maintained and the humidity level can be kept low for keeping the goods in proper condition.

This can help reduce the growth of mildew, mold and pests. It is also safe to store perishable items in such storage units. The owner can also provide the consumer with facilities for storing wine and a dust free and dry environment to store musical instruments and electronic goods.

Self storage providers can offer various value-added services to the self storage customer such as packing and moving service during relocation. This service greatly benefits the consumer. They can also provide the customer with free insurance for the goods that are stored in the storage units. A few storage facilities provide mail-box facility to their consumers for receiving their personal as well as official letters.

These are just few instances of improving the self storage business. The self storage facilities have to introduce and prepare more such facilities to draw the consumer towards them. The storage owners need to make strategies according to the present condition of the market because a strategy that may be successful for a storage company may not prove to be gainful for another. So it is up to the storage owner to do a thorough market research and introduce special services accordingly to pull the customer .

Customers have many reasons to seek out storage solutions. Most commonly, when moving from one location to another, storage is a necessity. The popular option of self storage gives people a safe and secure place to keep all of their household goods until they have a permanent place. Apart from moving for a job or family reasons, people in the military services often find themselves in need of storage on short notice. They often do not know when they are deployed for what length of time they will be gone. Just with those who move for other reasons, customers might not know whether the new place will be as big as the old one or not. Not knowing exactly how long you might need storage or what size place you will eventually move into makes the option of self storage all the more attractive. Most storage facilities are affordable for the amount of space and will work for month to month rental agreements.

Customers who are not planning any kind of move can also find a use for storage. Today, most people have more than one vehicle. Some potential customers have vehicles which can not be used all year round in most climates. Vehicles such as motorcycles and large RVs and small campers are just too big to keep at home. Leaving them outside in the driveway for months exposed to the elements is also not a great option. Renting a storage unit can protect these investments.

Large and small businesses can also find a use for a storage facility. Business customers can rent units to store overstock or extra equipment. Some storage companies can provide internet and fax service from the actual unit, making the rental space a virtual office. Customers often find using a storage rental for business is much more affordable than expanding office space.

Storage units are not one size fits all kinds of business. There are many sizes to choose from. Self storage customers can usually request the storage facilities help in calculating the size needed. Some are small enough for just a few boxes while others are large enough to keep a yacht, with any size in between. Some storage units are actual drive up units with outside doors for access. You can also find storage units located inside with walk up floors. Customers can also choose from long term plans to short term weekly or monthly options.

One aspect of self storage that self storage customers will find priceless is the security. Storage facilities have state of the art security measures. They usually have video cameras in use. Gates to enter usually require a code and the actual units are only accessible to the renter. Another security feature is the lighting. Most are very well lit and have motion sensor lighting to make people feel safer. An on site manager is available at storage businesses to provide any assistance, answer questions, and keep an over-all secure atmosphere. Self storage customers using storage businesses for any reasons can rest assured that the facilities owners make the safety of their goods their top priority.

If you are a first time self storage customer then you probably would be a little anxious about selecting a company to warehouse with. There are so many options and they all seem good. And nearly everyone from family, to friends and colleagues has an opinion or experience that they want to share with you. With so many voices and having to weave through the complex yet alluring websites, you might find the entire selection process a little overwhelming. Here we have put together a few guidelines for the new self storage customer . These will not only help a first time self storage customer organize his search better, but will also make it easier for him to make a decision once he knows what he needs to look out for. Read on to find out more about these.

The first thing a self storage customer needs to do is to find a facility that is easily accessible. While something that is close to his place of work or residence would be the best bet, these options are not always available. In that case the self storage customer might need to look at more remotely located units. Transporting the stored items to and from these units might be a problem so it would help to find a facility that gives you a good rate on this.
A self storage customer would probably have different storage requirements throughout the year. Some of these might be for portable units, indoor temperature controlled ones or even outdoor storage areas. If you foresee requiring more than of these, then you should check whether the facility offers you all these options. It would not be very convenient to own several units each at a different facility. This would call for a lot of unnecessary co-ordination and the need for separate inventories for each.

As a self storage customer , it is your responsibility to ask questions about the security systems the facility has in place. These would include the cameras, the 24X7 security staff and password and passkey facilities. Understanding all of these is important for getting together your insurance policy as well as getting a guarantee that your belongings will be well looked after.

Besides the services being offered by the facility, it is also important for a self storage customer to check the discounts he can avail off. These would either be reductions on packing material, racks and shelves, or discounts on services like transportation, packing and moving. As per your requirements you would have a rough idea of the kind of self storage customer facilities you would be making the most use of. You might need a large amount of packing material to organize your store. Or your need might be for a good packing and transportation service. Either which way, selecting a facility that offers you discounts on the services you need the most, would be a smart choice.

A self storage customer can ensure that he gets continued good service, by doing adequate research at the initial stages. Looking at websites, talking to the staff as well as getting recommendations from family and friends – everything helps. After all, the items being stored are very valuable and some of them might even be irreplaceable, which is why finding the best facility your budget allows is very important.

As a self storage customer , you need to go through the services provided by the facilities before deciding on the service provider. Your best option to get all the required information is to use online sources. All self storing facilities provide exhaustive information about their facilities. These include the type of services they provide the type and sizes of units they have and the type of security systems installed among other things.

Any self storage customer would like to use a facility in his or her neighborhood. This is quite understandable. Through online means the self storage customer can go in for a zip code search for a convenient facility in his or her locality. Once you locate a facility in your society, look to see the type of services they provide.

As a self storage customer , you should know whether you are looking to store your personal household possessions, looking for a facility where you can safely park your car, or boat, or an RV, looking to only store your documents, or your excess inventory or looking for a facility that can provide all these services.

Units
Self storing units come in a variety of sizes to help self storage customer store household possessions. Standard sizes vary from a small five by five feet to large sizes of twenty by thirty feet. These units can house a few of your possessions to as much as all the furnishings of your 4 to 5 bedroom home.

A self storage customer knows what is required to be stored and can easily select the right sized unit. Most storing facilities also provide temperature controlled units. These units can be heated or cooled, as required. Such climate controlled units are ideal for storing your artwork, your wax work, your items of leather furniture, as well as your sensitive electronic equipment.

These units are also desirable for storing your sensitive and expensive musical instruments, as well as your fragile and pricey crystal ware.

Security Arrangements
Every potential self storage customer looks for a secure facility to store personal possessions. The belongings may not only be expensive monetarily, but may carry high emotional value. Family heirlooms, passed down the years, have more value than just the price of the items.

Most storing facilities provide state of the art security arrangements. Self storage customer should look to see if the facilities are well lit. Most have round the clock camera monitoring systems in place. The units have secure locks on them.

Access into the facilities is either through electronically controlled gates and coded cards, or through biometric fingerprint identification.

As a potential self storage customer , check out all these offerings.

Rentals
Rentals are generally charged on a month to month basis. This is one advantage of using such storing facilities. They can be hired on a short term basis, as a well as on a long term lease.

Many storing facility services offer adequate discounts on their rentals when leased on a long term basis, say, for 6 months or a year.

As a self storage customer , you can rest assured that your possessions are well secure, and well looked after.

If you are looking to become a self storage customer , then there are certainly a few things that you should know. Before you decide to commit to a unit at a particular facility, make sure that you have done your research and organized your priorities. Most unhappy storage customers neglect this advice, leaving themselves with nowhere to turn when their moving days come rolling around. Worry not, though, because in our day and age, it is truly easy to do all of your research from the comforts of your own home.

The Internet is always a great place to start. With the Internet, you can get a solid feel for which storage facilities are in your area. You should be able to get a good picture of where these facilities are located, which will make it easy for you to narrow down your options. In very little time, you should be able to avoid the facilities that are too far away, as well as the facilities that are not in the best of neighborhoods.

To you, then, self storage customer , I recommend an ample amount of forethought and research. To avoid an unhappy or unsafe storage situation, you have to make sure that you are making good decisions and refusing to compromise your priorities. Before you begin to shop around, even on the Internet, spend a couple of minutes pondering the qualities that you want to find in a self storage facility. Write these qualities down and keep them in the front of your mind as you begin to phone around.

If you aspire to become a self storage customer , you had better make sure that you have all of the knowledge that you are going to need. Of course, you want to make sure that you are seeking out advice from the best professionals in the industry. Luckily, the internet is a great place to seek out said advice.

Of course, there are a lot of factors to consider when you are shopping around. Know, first and foremost, that your monthly rent is not simply an expense. Your monthly rent is a direct indication of the quality of the service you will receive from a particular self storage facility. Of course, good facilities are often willing to give you a slight break on the rent for your first month via a move in special. Really, though, you should be wary of facilities that undercut their competition a bit too much. Usually, here, you are looking at a drop in security or cleanliness. While the best, safest storage facility may be a few more dollars per month, these are dollars that you will be spending wisely.

All that I am trying to say, here, is that a good, safe self storage customer is going to know what he or she is looking for in a self storage unit. They are going to know that they do not want to rent with a facility that is going to compromise their priorities entirely, and just for the sake of enticing new customers with a lower monthly rent.

College is coming to an end and you have to gather everything you have collected over the past four years of your life away from home. Your dream job landed in the city and being fresh out of college you had to get a loft apartment barely big enough to put a bed in. Unfortunately you also have a roommate to split the cost of the city living. The solution for you is to put all your belongings that are just not going to squeeze into the room you are sharing into self-storage.

As a self storage customer you are greeted with a helping hand a grateful smile, grateful that you decided to put your trust of your belongings with us. We have on-site professionals ready and eager to answer your questions and show you around the property sites, letting you see before hand what you are purchasing.

After touring you feel safe and secure knowing that cameras are in place twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Also the access to the site is guarded by a gate with a security code that is all yours. You leave a happy self storage customer .

The moving process was also an easy one. After everything was packed up and ready to go the truck you rented through self storage was on time and the access to the facility to drop off was convenient to your schedule. Since the new job has put a restraint on your time.

When thinking about ways to get people to rent storage from you it is important to think about the needs of the self storage customer .

Customers are concerned with cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, and the aesthetic qualities of the facility. A couple of other more obvious things to consider are price and convince of location. You cannot control how convenient your location is for customers without buying a new property, but the other things can be managed. It is vital that you look at your business from all aspects, and see what the customers see.

You can paint the exterior with fresh paint to catch the eye of the self storage customer . You can also make sure your sales staff knows the importance of being friendly and courteous to potential customers. You can find out what other facilities are charging to make sure your prices are competitive. You can also make sure that you keep your storage units clean and looking good so when people come in for a site tour they are impressed with what they see. During down times, managers can perform checks to ensure that the facility stays clean and neat, ready for potential renters.

The old saying is true; you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Once the self storage customer has seen your facility their mind will not easily be changed about renting their. They will either like it, or they will not like it. Make sure you are ready and people will want to rent from you.

Man, my wallet is not as tight as it once was. I don’t know what happened. Maybe I am a blessed child or maybe the planets are aligned in such a way that I do not have to pinch every cent as some people out there. Now do not get me wrong. I have as much debt as the next person, but I do not have wonder if I can feed my family. My family is very healthy.

In my line of work the self storage customer guests that I serve are extreme-price shopping. They do not just easily decide to rent a storage space at the first place they call, they usually call a couple of different places trying to find the best price. A self storage customer use to look for convenience and they used to look for the best value.

Sometimes they are deciding to rent at a place in which the facility is terrible to get to or a place that does not have the best security. People have to realize that they need to think about what is important to them and not waver from it. Self storage customers are smart, but they do not always think about the big picture. With the price that is cost to drive their car extra miles to the facility or the time it would take extra to get there, is it worth their money? It would be great to figure out how much money is associated with time. That way we can figure out how much money they would waste to drive further to a cheaper storage space.

There are many times in which I just wish I could tell the self storage customer to think. If they were in the right frame of mind, they could make an educated decision on what is important to them.

It is possible to completely furnish your home for a fraction of the cost of buying new furniture. If you are a college student or are just starting out on your own, here are some suggestions to get you going. Bear in mind that your home may be rather ‘eclectic’ in terms of decor, but some people really like the mish-mashed design elements that come with experiential shopping.

Garage sales and thrift stores are some of the best places to find offbeat items like old school 1970′s lamps and retro chairs, interesting pieces of art or sculpture and cheap furniture that you can ‘redo’ into a masterpiece if you wish, and you won’t usually spend more than fifteen or twenty bucks for it.

If you have ever been a self storage customer , you’ve probably heard that if you don’t pay your monthly rent, then the facility has a right to sell all of your things. While this sounds harsh, they give the defaulted tenant ample time to begin a payment plan. They don’t just sell your stuff. That being said, there are self storage customer people who, for one reason or another, eventually decide that the stuff they have stored is no longer worth paying to keep, and they let it go. Find out from your local furniture storage center if the auctions are public. If so, some truly amazing finds can be had coming from those forgotten tombs.

Just because something is on the side of the road doesn’t make it trash. I’ve pulled some of my most interesting pieces from the curb, including a hand carved antique (though the table top was slightly damaged) and a circa 1950′s tin farmhouse kitchen cabinet that now holds my recyclables. Perhaps the social stigma attached with trash picking is the hardest thing to overcome. I’ve even gone to someones front door to ask if I could take something that was sitting on their curb. They have never told me no or called me names. If they don’t want it, and you do, then take it.

As a side note to trash ‘collecting’, I would recommend that you thoroughly check any dumpstered items for signs of insect infestation. If you see any signs at all of insects, especially cockroaches, then leave it be, as well as everything else that is nearby. Don’t ask me how I know this…I just know. Trust me on this one.

When you keep your eyes open for cheap or even free stuff, it’s amazing the amount of cool stuff you’ll happen to come across. It just goes to show that even in today’s topsy turvy economy, we can get what we need and get it for less than we ever thought possible.

Anyone who is actively involved in the ever expanding self storage community understands that to engage customers and garner their business, requires an ongoing commitment to excellence. The self storage customer is actively interested in one primary goal, and that is getting a good deal. The self storage customer doesn’t care how many total square feet your facility has, or that your staff has earned the rating of excellent among peers.

They are concerned with safety and affordability, with as much convenience thrown in as possible. While they are shopping around the neighborhood, they have ample opportunity to take advantage of a competitor’s monthly special or deal. Therefore, while the patron is in your store, the importance of high quality interaction and personalized service is absolutely crucial. There are many local furniture storage centers to choose from. Most of them offer the same goods and services as yours does. The one who wins the business of the customer is the one who stands out in their minds as memorable.

When the customer is greeted like a friend, assisted as if they were the only person that mattered and given excellent, courteous and friendly service, they will remember it. Closing the deal with courtesy will give your business credibility and a reputation that will precede you. The best business is the business that is referred to you on the basis of other people’s good words. When most of your customers come to you as referrals, you can smile proud, knowing that your business is thriving and your tenants are well cared for.

Using a call center to field your calls is a great way to secure rentals and let your store run smoothly. There is nothing worse than being in the store and having someone giving all of their attention to a customer on the phone. The same thing is true about calling a store, there is nothing worse than calling some place and being put on hold. Self storage customers need their storage immediately. If your facility is one that has no call center, you are missing sales. Make sure that even when a call cannot be answered in the store, someone answers it.

The self storage customer is smarter than they have been in the past. While working in a call center, I used to see people willingly want to rent with the facility that they have called originally. They would usually hand over their credit card without any second thought or remorse. Now it seems as if the self storage customer is trying to call as many people as they can in efforts to find the best deal.

What is the best deal? What does that really mean to find the best deal? Personally I believe that there is no such thing as the best deal, it just means that some one had a good price, offer, or something that the customer could not pass up. So when the caller says that they are looking for the best deal, I wish one of my reps would just ask the caller, “What kinds of deal are looking for?”

The self storage customer will call on average 3 to 4 facilities before they decide to make a decision. Sometimes people decide to call locations that are not in the same vicinity as what they deem as convenient for them. Most people are just looking for the best price. Unfortunately the self storage customer has caused some businesses to not be around any longer due to them trying to lower their prices are giving space away for free in order to get business.

I feel bad for some companies which my call center answers for when they do not have any kind of specials running for their facility. I feel that way because most people ask for some sort of special or deal that the facility is offering before we are even allowed to sell the facility and give prices.

I guess it is not the fault of the self storage customer when the economy is forcing people to make smart budget decisions. At the same time, people have to realize that they are going to get what they are paying for.

Remember: you can never take the “person” out of “personal mini storage.” If you are a self storage customer, make sure that you are getting your money’s worth out of your storage facility and your property management.

Seldom do callers attempt to take things into their own hands when it comes to an issue with a self storage company. Often, upset callers have waited a substantial amount of time to file an official complaint. They have, in my opinion, let the problem fester in their minds rather than seek help from the start.

It is important, to remember that “personal” self storage is all about catering to an individual’s needs. If you feel that the service you are receiving is not adequate; if you feel that your monthly payments are not actually buying what you thought you were buying, do not hesitate to speak to your manager and clarify your expectations. If your property management cannot or will not help, then you can simply begin to look around for a different company.

I feel that it is important to remind the self storage customer that he/she can, and should take proactive steps to solve any problems relating to their personal storage unit. It does not do anyone any good to let bad companies and bad site managers remain in the market.

In short, do not let your storage facility remove your needs from the equation. Maintain regular contact with the site management and make sure that your money is going to a company that you could recommend to your friends.

One day I decided to actually pretend that I was a self storage customer. I always act as if I am a manager at a facility, so I wanted to see what the other side of the counter looked like. On the phone I always try to pretend that I am the person on site trying to take care of a customers storage needs when sometimes I don’t really understand what they could be going through. After having a garage sale and seeing how much stuff I had left that I did not want to keep in my house, I now knew why people made my phone ring.

So as a self storage customer, I was able to hear a customer service representative inform me about what the prices were in regards to the space I needed. I mean they were very nice and polite. The took care of finding me the space that I needed in order to rent. I was not too impressed with how they were attempting to sell me on their facility or the lack there of.

It was definitely an experience that I took part of. I even decided to go up to the facility to talk to the manager. I figured maybe their service on the phone is completely different than how the manager handles a phone call. Most managers might try a little harder to service a customer when they are actually in the doors of the facility. Well in this situation, that was not the case.

Sometimes when I am taking calls for some of these companies, I am thinking I can not do better than they can since they know their facility. I am just reading a screen that could have some of the basic info, but there should be nothing like the experience about being on site as these managers are.

When I am listening to my reps take calls for self storage and try to assist the different self storage customer, I feel bad for some of them. You will find some that are in the worst situation and they are being forced to use self storage. It is my opinion that nobody really wants to use self storage. They are mostly forced into using self storage to take care of their immediate or planned situations. I guess that’s very good for the facility.

The self storage customer wants to be taken care of and not be taken advantage of. When different self storage customers call into the facility that we answer for, you will sometimes hear that they are very direct and know what they want. Some people leave it up to the onsite manager or one of my call center reps in order to discover and satisfy their needs. Sometimes you will find that occasional manager that might take advantage of their situation. I’m sure that is far and few between but it does happen. No matter what it is a business and they have to make money.

What also bothers me is the self storage customer that calls in looking to pay their bill and there is no one available. Of course if the manager is not there to take the caller’s money, the caller will be assessed a late fee. That is absurd. People call in looking to find a resolution from my call center reps, but of course they are going to be upset, due to the lack of record looking we can do. When the caller has to make a payment before their belongings go to auction and they are unable to talk to someone that can be a very hard situation to deal with. I sometimes despise the managers that are scared to answer their phones because they are scared to deal with the caller and the issues they could have.
