They just don’t want to! Other students will bring their computer with the pure intention of paying attention but then get bored and start playing a game, surfing the internet, or find something else to do. The internet is a great tool, but it also leads to a lot of slacking off when it comes to the school department.

Many employees are also not as productive as they could be because they are distracted by playing games online or something else online. The games and services the internet has to offer are so much more appealing than actually doing work. Many students will also come across this dilemma when they are trying to get their homework done. Playing games online or getting onto a social network is much more exciting than homework. Unfortunately, when engaged in these things the time passes very quickly and you end up losing a lot of the time that you could be doing what you need to be doing.

Playing games online can be a very enjoyable activity and people who like doing it should do it. However, it is important to limit the time spent on the internet and playing games online to one’s free time. Get everything you need to have done finished before you begin playing an online game or surfing the internet. If you do not, you will find that you wile away your time and are very unproductive. If you do this, you will also become stressed and anxious when you realize everything you still have to do and how little of time you have to do it. School and work are both important so just make sure to put them before any leisure activity you partake in. Playing games online is something that is very fun and enjoyable, but they need to be played at the appropriate times.
