If you are going to experiment with a laser, then use it wisely and safely. While you may feel they cannot harm you or others, highly powered lasers can cause temporary or permanent damage to retinas or cause damage or fire if pointed at the wrong thing.

Laser pointers have a lot of great uses and are important tools for specific situations. However, they are often used inappropriately and can be very distracting and annoying in these situations. Make sure that you are being considerate whenever you are using a laser pointer.
