    There are so many reasons why people become anxious. The world can be a very stressful place to live in and lots of people face anxiety issues on a regular basis. Because of this, it is very necessary to find anxiety stress relief so people can function and live a happy life. If one is always consumed by anxiety they will not be able to enjoy the free time they do have which is meant to be stress free.

    So many different aspects of life can cause anxiety. Work is one of the main reasons people become anxious and need anxiety stress relief.  There are a number of reasons why work can cause anxiety. People become anxious because they are afraid of making mistakes at their job because their boss and co-workers get frustrated and angry and they could end up getting fired. Also, if someone does not like their job this can lead to anxiety and the need for anxiety stress relief as well. Around forty hours of work a week at a job they someone hates will definitely cause anxiety and the desire to do something differently. Unfortunately, a lot of people are stuck in jobs they do not like but cannot get a different job because of the economy. Another reason why people might need anxiety stress relief because of the workplace is simply because their job has a lot of responsibilities and they have too much on their plate. Having a lot to do and not enough time to do it in causes anxiety for lots of people. 

    Anxiety stress relief is also necessary for many people before they make a speech or give a presentation. This can be true for a second grader who is about to give their first book report to the front of the class, a teacher on their first day of school, an actor in a play, a musician, a comedian, or pretty much anyone who has to get up in front of a group of people. Typically anxiety stress relief is needed in these situations because the person becomes extremely nervous and anxious and their pulse speeds up, they can get sweaty and blotchy, and they might not be thinking straight. If they go into their presentation or speech with all of this anxiety without working on some anxiety stress relief tactics, they will show how nervous they are to their audience and they will not come across nearly as confident and/or talented as they might normally be. Anxiety can also cause one to mess up in situations such as these without any anxiety stress relief.

    It is very important to practice anxiety stress relief techniques before an interview. Interviews are extremely important and it is important to make a good impression no matter what sort of interview you are attending. Almost everyone gets anxious before an interview, but you will feel much less anxious and better about yourself once you work on some anxiety stress relief practices.

    No matter why you may be anxious, if you do not try to do some anxiety stress relief techniques when you do feel anxious you could end up feeling anxious and overwhelmed a lot more than you need to. You do not want to live your life constantly anxious, so it is important to practice anxiety stress relief anytime you are put into a stressful situation.
