The book shipped within a week or so and was in good condition as stated. Saved a lot of money buying this book used.

the product arrived on time, however there was nothing in the box
it must have fallen out. The post office informed me of this and i was able to get a full refund within 24 hours of contacting the owner of the book!
I would order from them again because of the fast service, but i hope next time they package tighter!!

This textbook is easy to understand, and its exercises and practice quizes are straight forward. However, it’s online excersises and quizes don’t correlate 100% with those in the book. Care must be taken when using the answer keys for practice quizes.
