Situations arise in which self storage customers have emergencies that require prompt attention. Perhaps they have lost a loved one and do not know what to do with their apartment full of belongings just yet. We ease their burden by giving them time; time to grieve and time to deal with the emotions before they have to deal with the memories left behind in boxes and in drawers. Integrity and understanding assist us in getting them into a unit immediately, lessening the stress that they are feeling, and building a trusting relationship with them in the process.
A self storage sales force is not in business simply to make money for a local furniture storage. We work for the self storage customer as much as we work for the facility that cuts our checks at the end of the pay period.
