Really, though, you should be wary of facilities that undercut their competition a bit too much. Usually, here, you are looking at a drop in security or cleanliness. While the best, safest storage facility may be a few more dollars per month, these are dollars that you will be spending wisely.

All that I am trying to say, here, is that a good, safe self storage customer is going to know what he or she is looking for in a self storage unit. They are going to know that they do not want to rent with a facility that is going to compromise their priorities entirely, and just for the sake of enticing new customers with a lower monthly rent.
