Very easy to use. Just takes a little practice but the references guides give great examples on determining calculations. Great for anyone, whether experienced or just starting out on Real Estate and/or Mortgage/Loan industry. Please pick up this valuable tool.

This calculator is by far the easiest I’ve used. The abbreviations on the keys make sense and are easier to remember than some other brands I’ve tried.

This will do just about everything and anything you need to do with real estate calculations. I do like it better then Texas Inst.
