The education system is going through a desperate time mainly because most of the public schools are not offering a sufficient amount of pay to the teachers, as compared to the private sector schools. There are very little incentives offered by public schools for the people who want to engage in teaching as a profession as the job demands so much but returns back so little. Because of these, the system of public education has undergone a crisis, making it hard for the public schools to continue operating at their best for the pupils who are involved. There are no good teachers in the public schools, which means that the students are not getting quality education that they deserve and apart from that, they do not get individual attention by the teachers which is very desperately required these days. These are the reasons why a majority of parents are looking forward to private sector schools so that their children can get the very best of education in every possible way.

Apart from that, private schools offer several other advantages over public schools. The best part is that each student gets individual attention in the private which is extremely helpful for the overall working of the schools. When the students get individual attention in a proper manner, they tend to perform in a better way not only in their studies but also when they are needed to handle a task on their own. In this way, the student spends more time with a single subject matter before he or she moves on to learn a new lesson. As compared to the private sector schools, the public schools often fail to provide individual education method to the students.

Usually, they tend to rush through the lessons to maintain the pace and ensure that all subjects are covered, as mentioned by the government in the syllabus. They are rarely bothered about whether the students have understood the lesson or not and because of this, the students are left behind to try understanding the lessons themselves. Private schools are not required to follow the guidelines laid by the government and thus have more time to spend for covering each lesson.

In addition to the students, the private sector schooling system is also more appealing to the teachers as well. As the teachers are more busy in imparting education to the students, there is no room for the inside politics in private schools. The teachers are more interested in ensuring that all the students are performing best in all subjects. Barring the special circumstances laid down by law, the private schools are not needed to participate in standardized testing methods that are so popular in the public schools. In this way, the methods of teaching following in private schools are more appealing than those in public schools. While a large number of schools based on a particular religion, the charter schools are also coming up that offer all benefits of a private school but they are not based on any individual faith or set of beliefs. The best part about these charter schools is that they are connected directly to other colleges of higher learning and thus, are more reputed in the society. As they stand tall against their opposition, the private sector schools have gained support of millions and offer greater chances of better education to the students.
